Andrew Rosales is a seasoned Technical Leader and Project Manager with over two decades of experience leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex execution plans. His “book of business” with Boeing was valued at several billion each year from 2020-24. A 21-year U.S. Air Force veteran, Andrew brings leadership to every role he undertakes. He is known for his budget & technical management expertise, and his ability to build high-performing teams across business and technical domains. As Commissioner of the Douglas County, he will brings his organizational acumen and dedication to public service to the forefront of local governance and community advocacy.
